We use our own traffic light model — a tool we have developed to compare companies based on quality, stability, and values. This helps us filter out the options we believe have the best potential to provide you with the support you want. If a company looks promising, we prepare a match and suggest an initial meeting.
You get to meet the company
The next step is for you to meet the company or companies we recommend. This gives you the opportunity to talk openly and get a sense of whether it feels right. For a successful transition, both parties need to understand each other’s expectations. We’ll be there to support you throughout the process, ensuring everything is as clear and secure as possible.
You decide – and we help you move forward
When you’ve found a company that feels right, we’ll help you with the entire transition. The new company will take care of all the practical details, such as signing new agreements with your assistants and closing the previous arrangement. You decide whether you want to stay in contact with your previous company or let the new one handle everything. We’ll also be there after the switch — to make sure everything turned out the way you wanted.
