Is it complicated to switch assistance company?
How much does it cost to get help?
Nothing. The service is completely free. If you choose a company we recommend, we receive compensation directly from that company – not from you.
How do I know that the companies you suggest are good?
We analyse each company carefully. All companies we recommend have gone through our traffic light model. We never suggest anything we can’t stand behind. We present assistance companies that are ready to meet you, and you decide at your own pace which company feels right for you. We always compare several options to create competition between the companies. This ensures that you get the best possible quality, service and terms. We only work with safe, reputable assistance companies that meet our high standards.
What happens if I don’t like any of the companies you suggest?
Then we keep looking. You are not committed to anything. We present suggestions until you find something you are satisfied with.
How long does it take to switch company?
It depends on your notice period. Often it is about three months, but in many cases it is possible to agree on a faster transition.
Can I take my assistants to the new company?
Yes, this is the most common. The assistants you are happy with usually follow when you switch. The new company signs new agreements with them – often with the same or better terms.
What conditions do my assistants get when switching?
At least as good – often better. The new company usually matches the terms your assistants have today. Often there is even an improvement.
What happens after I have switched?
We remain. You can always get in touch if something feels wrong or needs adjustment. We are here even after the switch to make sure everything turned out as you hoped.
Do I need to explain anything to the old company?
No – only if you want to. The new company can handle all contact. You can be as involved or anonymous as you like.
Can you help me even if I don’t yet have a decision on assistance?
Yes. We often help even in early stages – whether you want to switch company, apply for assistance, or simply understand your rights.
Do I sign a contract with Valfritt.nu?
No. We are an independent intermediary – you never sign any contract with us. You are completely free to choose the company that feels right for you.
Can relatives, friends or assistants contact you?
Yes, absolutely. We often talk to relatives, friends and assistants who want to help find the right solution.
I don’t want my assistants to know that I’m considering switching – what should I do?
That’s perfectly fine. We adapt the communication to your situation. If you want to keep it discreet, we find a way that suits you – for example via email, phone or times you choose yourself.
